Chris acts as President and Broker at Searchlight Lending. He has 17 years and counting of real estate lending experience and started his lending career as a retail loan officer at major banks such as Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase. With over 2000 loans personally funded exceeding $1,000,000,000 he has seen it all. He is an expert in all loan types, including conventional residential loans, reverse mortgage, FHA, commercial loans coast to coast, private money and bridge loans, construction, SBA, and apartment loans. Chris graduated with honors from the University of California at Riverside with time abroad in a Master’s program while studying in Europe. For fun Chris loves to spend time with his family, travel, cook for friends, ride bikes with his cycling team, backpack, surf, fish, and ski.
